Regarding Files.

I want to delete some files but they are not getting deleted. Please tell me the solution to delete these files.

u cannot delete files tht are being used
try deletin them after a restart

I have deleted them but the program that is using these files is not removed.

Check whether the programing is running in services or not in Start->Run->services.msc and if it is... then stop it.

Then try to delete & also search ur program name in registry too n remove all entries,

keys...else boot ur PC in DosPrompt only using any Boot CD n delete them.....(again check program name in registry)

Use Unlocker (http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/) to delete the concerned file.
