Parallel port stopped working!

few days before my parallel port stoped working ....my printer is running with parallel port :cry: when ever i print now it says to make printer online where as my printer work on other pc... i have dotmatrix printer :arrow: epson lx-800...... plz reply......[/b]

Check motherboard circuit. Generally tracks gets cracked or cable, connector may be faulty.

:D First check ur BIOS & see u Haven`t disbale parallel port fr there
:) then check for ur parallal port connecter is it connected ok or not
:o then open ur cabinet and check for port screws
:( after that go for the checking of MOB crackes of cable check

If your printer supports USB interface then get a usb cable for your printer. It is cheap and fast.
