Reducing volume while using camera in SE K700i

How can we reduce the volume while clicking the camera in SE K700i?The sound is produced even in the silent mode.

This is limitation (from users point) or requirement (from Sony Ericsson side) of the firmware (phone software) in Asia Region.

In most of the Asian countries, it is required that any camera should make some kind of noise which taking picture. Taking spy pictures is strictly not allowed in many part of the region. So camera sound cannot be made off.

In some firmware, if your phone is on silent, it will not make any sound while taking pictures.

get ur firmware updated. i heard that the latest one doesn't produce sound in the silent mode.
