1. The Dell 6000 has integrated graphics and it shares that 128MB with the system RAM.

2. The Dell 9300 with a dedicated card is certainly better but you should consider getting a better card if you want to play the latest games at decent framerates. Besides, 64MB is not sufficient for today's games.

The Dell listings in Feb's Digit Issue Lists the Inspiron 9400 Instead of the 9300. So you would have to check it up at dell.co.in if the 9300 is available. The Inspiron 9400 (http://www1.ap.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/inspn_9400_in?c=in&l=en&s=bsd) is a new model powered by Intel Core Duo T2300(1.66 GHz) on 945GM chipset, 17" widescreen but the standard config comes with a combo drive and Integrated GMA950 as opposed to the 9300's DL DVD writer & X300 with 64MB graphics. Cost is the same as the previous 9300 - 69k

If you want it for gaming you can request a quotation along with your graphics choice.

I have gone to Dell's site and 9400 specs are

Graphics
Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950 (with up to to 256MB of shared memory)
OR 256MB Nvidia® GeForceTM Go7800

Now my q is that do they charge more for 256MB Nvidia® GeForceTM Go7800 or it comes by default ?

I think the 256MB Nvidia® GeForceTM Go7800 will come at a price. I would reccomend asking for a quote and see how it comes out.
