Thunderbird is an opensource email client from Mozilla.org.Its isimilar to Outlook express.Usually paired up with Mozilla Firefox.

Just Zip the video and send it as an attachment. or use a filesharing program such as Limewire,kazza etc

@vignesh: comparing thunderbird with that "redmondian app" makes no justice to the product.. It's sooo much more!! :)
