scanner problem..

i m working on winxp pro(sp2). i have a scanner ,Acer SCANPRICA 640P.model no 6696 oqe. my prob is that i dont have the drivers for this scanner. the cd which came with it has drivers for win98 and winme which donot work for xp.
plzz help me!

Download the drivers from the company's site.
