which graphic card to buy?

I have a sis motherboard (i think its M935) with 40GB HDD, 256MB DDR RAM, 2 PCI slots and WIN XP SP2. so please tell me which type of agp slot do i have and which type of graphic card i can purchase. please let me know whether i also have to upgrade to 512 MB RAM or it is suffiecinet at 256 MB.

I want to play NFS most wanted, and other high graphic games.

My SIS Motherboard config:

North Bridge Chipset: 650
South Bridge Chipset: 962/962L
