GPRS on nokia 7710

i have one nokia 7710 and i want to access gprs on my mobile but every time i want to login , the g symbol shows on the top and then it tries to connect to the net and after some time it shows "General system error".what to to do next??helpppp :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

I am assuming u have activated your gprs and downloaded the settings.which operator r u using? Whichever it is ,the default settings u might have downloaded never work on the 7710.if u r on airtel maharashtra, I can give u the settings,but ill have to search. Had written them down. Or u can try calling up the customer care and tell him/her to give u the settings for 7710.mention that specifically. though talking to them may not be a great help.

well u can go to the customer care centre and ask them for settings they r sure to help u else call the customer care centre
