- Replaced CoreFLAC with FLAC decoder made by illiminable [version 0.69.8924]

- Reorganized some components. Fresh install is recommended.

version is 1.44 or 1.45 :P , anyways just dl 1.45, no need to get previous version, its not a standalone update, but a full setup
