External CD-Rom & CD-riter ! ! !

As u can make or convert ur normal HDD to external 1, using some external casing ... sameways can u do that for ur CD-Rom, CD-riter drives ???


& connecting those drives through usb port ...

well alone physical mechanics, the basic problem is from where do get the usb port to plug it from the back !!!!

i have never heard any such thing

i dunno if u can do it urself....but u get external drives...i hav an external dvd riter and by the looks it seems like its a normal one in a nice looking casing

so if u can get the casing and the proper cabling n stuff from somewhere...u could prob do it
