No the Radeon Xt costs 11k, if u can't raise ur budget get a 9600 pro which is also a good card and comes for arnd 8.9k.

Geforce 5700Ultra is also a good choice or Radeon 9600Xt will serve the purpose.

The 9600XT wud be much better imho. btw the ultra costs 12.9k i think.
