Im using Gmail Notifier, It tells me when i have mail.. Not dloadin it via pop :)

but offlate my gmail notifier has been having a lotsa probs logging on to gmail. says it has some internal server error and cannot connect to google.

Same here ICE ! I use GMail Notifier which comes along with GMail !
You can get that under settings in ur GMail !

gmail doesn't provide POP3 support and therefore you cannot use a mail client (like Outlook Express, Incredimail, Thunderbird, etc.).

If you use third part tools like POP Goes Gmail you are violating terms of gmail and therefore carry a risk of cancellation of accounts. :(

Hope the gmail admin doesn't say that rule violators are meant to be kicked out :roll: BTW, I just pointed out the thing 8) Rest upto the violator and the gmail admin :x :shock:
