MySql Administrator , connection prob ! help

AM trying to connect this MySQL Administrator 1.0.9 , but couldnt !

i dont no what to put in the following fileds , plz tell me

Username :_____________
Password :____________
Host :________________
Port : _______________

first of all u need to turn on the mySql server . if ur using 2 pc's then port will be specified by default host : type in the name of the comp that runs the mysql server , username & password : the one that u set in mysql ODBC . i u ask me use the mysqlfront software thet was given with digit smetime ago .
