I have a 925 Gav mobo.... and 1 GB transcend ram... and intel 3 Ghz processor.... now my mobo support PCIe cards.... so tell me which PCIe card i should buy as i am a casual gamer and do not need very high end card...

i want only to play present games at high res and future games at normal res..... plus i dont wann spend too much on it.....may be 6-7k maximum

i am getting Xfx 5300 Pci Xpress128 for 3000 bucks... should i buy it...

Games and application i wanna use:
Max payne 1 2
Call of Duty 1 2
Medal of Honor all versions
Fifa 2005
Cricket 2002 2004 2005
GTA
DOOM
Farcry

Poser
Blender
3Dmax
Carraca

Is the onboard graphics good ... i dont know how to compare it... i heard its onboard graphics is decent.... And i heard PCIe uses system RAm so its better if we increase our system ram to 1.5 - 2 GB for excellent performance

Also can someone tell me whether intel 915GAV fully supports SATA2 standard.... i am planning to buy a Hitachi SATA2 Hdd as well

For 8.5-9k u cud get d 6600GT, which is a MUCH better card...

for that budget, your best bet is to buy a 6600 non GT with 128 MB RAM, & if required overclock it,i would recomend XFX or Gigabyte

But what about the onboard graphic card of 915GAV.. how well does it fare ... and about support for SATA2 in 915 GAV....
