Hi Guys,
Is that any software available (free/paid) that can reduce the ppt files. By reducing I don't mean zipping. Thanx.

Try the "Save As" option in Powerpoint File menu and save the file under a different name. This decreases the file size considerably. Also compress the images if you have used any from the Picture toolbar.

Only efficient way I know to do this is to reduce the size of images.
We generally add big images into the slides and then reduce it's dimensions there.
Instead resize the images outside powerpoint and then add them.
Also convert bmp images to jpg to reduce size.
I am not aware of any software which can do such a thing.

Check and see if no fonts are being embedded by default.

Normally, the default setting has it disabled but sometimes someone might enable it and cause trouble.

This reduced the size of a file considerably for me.
