HI,

My PC works fine with cold booting, but when restarting / warm booting, it is giving error after displaying VGA card information like: Nvidia GE Force 8x AGP, model date, memory info: 64mB etc.

Out of Frequency
VF : 31.5 Khz
HF: 39.0 HZ

Operating Frequency
VF: 30-54 Khz
HF: 50-120 Hz

Is motherboard problem?

Any one can help me to get ride of this problem.

Thanks in advance

How is the error message displayed ? Is it a Windows, DOS or monitor OSD message ?

Are you sure the VF and HF figures are both 31MHz ? It looks as if
VF = Vertical Frequency, usually 60Hz (not MHz) or higher,
HF = Horizontal Frequency, usually 31KHz (not MHz) or higher.

I can't be sure but it seems your display settings are out of the range that's compatible with your monitor.

When you've successfully cold-booted your computer, go to display properties and set it to something standard and non-demanding like 800x600 and 60Hz, and see what happens.
