Which one is the cheapest phone with inbuilt modem. I just want to connect to internet via gprs. absolutely no other use. Any make will do

For example they told me Nokia 3120, SE 230i etc have modem but they do'nt have. I have done a lot of research for this in past. Following results are based on nearly one month of research on Internet. Cheapest Nokia Phone with Modem is Nokia 3220 @Rs. 4800 Cheapest Sony Ericsson Phone with Modem is SE K300i @ Rs. 5000 Cheapest LG Phone with Modem is LG B2070 @Rs. 3500 Conclusion: LG B2070 is the cheapest Phone with modem for browsing Internet on your PC using your Phone's GPRS connection.
