Hi,
Are you trying to edit this from Recovery Console? And, which specific key/value "inside" Winlogon Key do you want to add/edit/delete?

If you can give the keys to be edited/added/deleted, i could try to make a .REG file for it.

need to change into HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

"Userinit" = "C:\WINNT\system32\userinit.exe,"

unable to login with recovery console
is there any sofware to edit the registry in dos?
