Hey ppl, I bought a new AMD 3000+ few months ago and I am planning to buy a new graphics card (AGP 8X). My motherboard is MSI K8M800 and I have 512MB DDR RAM. No money problem, but the graphics card should handle every task!!!

OK my budget has been lowered to Rs. 5000
Try nVidia GeForce 6800 256 MB card...
It would support most of the recent games.

Geforce 6800 256 MB for 5k? Ahh cmon save the poor soul he wants a gfx card for 5k. You should expect him to get a heart attack, if he asks the local dealer about the price of the same.
Enquire the prices of Geforce 6200 from your dealer, they would be around 4k. And pretty good entry level gfx solutions

As far as my knowledge goes. 6800 (AGP) costs something like 15000 bucks. In 5000/-, u can go for nvidia 6200. Its a decent card and u can play DOOM3 in 'High' settings.
