new yahoo mess problem part 2

again i'am getting yahoo messenger error....whenever i record msg and click send it gives an error - yahoo messenger encountered problem needs to close blah blah blah.......
i have the newest version of Ymess d/led today...
i chekced the faqs it says that i have to manually delete the files in messenger directory...well i tried to do just that but i again get error-you do not have permission to erase this blah blah...
now, how to manaully delete these files and make a fresh installation. ??

well ,i think the Ypager runs in the backgrnd,
try disabling it in the processes menu of the task manager and then delete

enter in safe moe. uninstall yahoo messenger and delet the whole folder.

get into windows in normal and install yahoo messenger again. a fresh install. u r most probably done then.
