Download Full IE 6 SP1 (77.2MB) from http://public.planetmirror.com/pub/microsoft/ie/6.0sp1/ie60sp1.exe

This should resolve your problem.

Umm... And now when you are at it the exe file is located at \Program Files\Internet Exlplorer\Iexplore.exe ..
