Hey infra_red,
You can download the file http://www.gameadvice.com/exe/pz-maxpayne2uc.zip , unpack the .reg file into your game directory, execute/import it, then run game as usual and you will have access to all gamemodes/levels.

I have not tested this myself, but you should give it a try and let me know the result.
