Sony Ericsson J200i HELP ME...!!!

got a j200i...need to know.....
wht is good an usb cable or an ir port....
sony site has no file manager no pc suite kinda stuff....for j200i...
any 3rd party to use......
they got only image editin soln.......
and dose the cable realy support....
and which is a good IRDA port manufacturer.....

i've used a j200i. the infra red port works well to tranfer wbmp,gif,jpg and imy & mid files. that is all is supported by this phone. i hafnt found a software that'll let you transfer all these files thru usb cable (i've tried it but no software supports usb transfer).
