Hi!!!!!!

I use a 512 Kbps dishnet DSL connection.I need a software that can keep track of the hours of my Internet usage.Because I am given just 20 Hrs a month for my monthly subscription.I need it to monitor the hours of my usage per day and the total usage per month or something.Any such software guys ???
