problem installing rise of nations1

hey guys i m facing problem installing the game rise of nations1 . after 78% is installed it gives the error msg "problem with c:program files/ron/sounds/track/mistatdawn.wav .either the disk is full or file is already in use".
i have tried installing in other partitions but it failed.my hard disk have sufficient free space.
plz show me the way

try the gamerz section

try it with another comp.. still the problem then the CD is spoilt..

Format a different drive and procced with the installation. Copy the disk into the hard drive (only if thats legit) and then try installing.

Note- i don't get the warning message. Please elaborate.
