Messege doesn't open

Hi,

I own a basic mobile phone,Nokia 1100.A noxious problem has occurred a few days ago.I was sent an SMS by one of my relatives,I read the SMS also,but all of a sudden it was marked as unread.Now when I hit the 'read' button,nothing happens,I mean,it remains marked as unread and doesn't open.Other SMSs's behaviour is absolutely normal.


Please Help!!!!

try emptying your inbox and see if the message is deleted or not. If it still persists then you may need to reset your phone settings (to erase it).

try the same sim in some other mobile phone.. u may be able to read the mesg.. but once u put back the sim in ur 1100, the problem will persist.. its better u delete the mesg, using some other mobil phone..
and the prob will not be solved, even if u restart the fone, or delete the inbox.. and to reset means, to lose all ringtones.. i cant try it..
