double the amt of RAM, go for a 6800GT and a 200GB HDD...excellent VFM...FX is not good VFM...go for the 3000+ Socket 939 with any Nforce 4 based MOBO. 19" monitor and Logitech mx 510 not the vanilla one they pass off. Go for separate DVD/CDRW Drives

@Max_Power

Processor - If you have the cash then the FX-55 - should cost you around 45K to 50K. otherwise the Athlon64 3000 ~ 8K or the 3700 ~ 22K

Motherboard - Asus A8N-E and it supports dual core.

RAM - Atleast 1 GB- 512 MB x 2 should be etiher TwinMOS or OCZ or PDP

HDD - 160 GB SATA 2 with NCQ - Samsung or Hitachi have this model.

Cabinet - Antec or coolermaster - if you want the best then the CM Stacker from Coolermaster. should cost around 11K without PSU

Graphic card - 6800 GT or 7800 depends on your budget.

Windows 64 is available in INDIA legally. ~ 6500/-

you don't need to restrict yourself to BLR. you can get them from DEL or BOM - warranty's are national, if you buy from the right source.

Any thing less than this cannot be used for power gaming. For High end video you would have to put up a RAID Yyou can't do even low end video with a 120 GB- you need atleast 1 TB - Terabyte of RAID for high end Video editing
If you still have the budget then move to a SATA DVD-RW from Plextor.
and take a Professional 19" Monitor for color fidelity.
