need urgnt help..xp shutdown problem!!

hii guys...am usng windows xp sp3 ..the problm is wenever i shutdown or restart ma window it goes freez wen the ''windows shuting down'' messag appear ...windows worked succsfully at safe mode...bt normal i cant shutdown properly ...wat i can do..!!!..am load all device drives... am using acer aspire 5920 with fresh copy of sp3....

Go to windows startup and uncheck unwanted applications.
Also there may be problem with your nvidia drivers....Have you recently update your driver?.....If not, download 'driver cleaner'.
Uninstall all drivers.
Download updated drivers from their sites.
Install and run driver cleaner in safe mode.
Restart and then perform fresh install of updated drivers.
