Even I am trying to find that. Both are almost same. It maybe that Enterprise Edition is given through volume licensing.

I use Nero 6 ULTRA Edition & it supports both CD & DVD writing functions. But I don't know about the Enterprise Edition.

guys another twist in the story... one of my friends is using nero 6 reloaded edition nd that too is just the same.
And another thing...in the nero smart start menu it will accept any nero 6 serial...be that ultra or enterprise or reloaded.after that it changes it's name according to the serial u put in.
Looks like all three versions are just the same...only thing is nero retails them with different names.
