Help need urgrntly

hi group,

I recently installed PCQ Linux 2005 but my sound card could not be detected.
Earlier in Redhat 9 my sound card was detected and was working fine. Also my
sound card is onboard from Soundmax.

Another problem was in PCQLinu 2005 my graphic card shows only 800 x 600 res.
and at 86 Hz. Earlier in Redhat 9 it used to show 1024 x 768 at 75 Hz. My
graphic card is onboard Intel Extreme with 48 Mb video buffer. Also to note
my Mobo is Intel 845GBV.

Can some one clarify how to solve the problem, especially that of sound card.

well bud i am not much of Linux Enthusiast..but i wud suggest that PCQ has there seprate section for PCQLinux Help (http://forums.pcquest.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=20&sid=c244d74cc2409fab9b67d0810fc3fcef)...u can put ur Query there...else there are loads of Linux Lovers here..they may help u with the issue......
