want to connet reliance mobile to PC to surf net

i have RIM LG 2040 handset

and the connecting cable but no drivers for the cable

and also no r connect dialer.

SO CAN ANYBODY HELP ME FROM WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE DRIVERS FOR MY HANDSET AND CABLE AND ALSO THE R-CONNECT DIALER.

r u sure its lg 2040 ? or is it lg 2030 man ? i checked their website but they dont have any handset of lg model 2040. see here,
