Check for a faulty RAM module, clean the RAM module with a cloth and with the help of a thin brush clean the Slot in wich u fit the RAM module.

If ur system still gives u problems, then with the help of a pencil eraser, rub the part of the RAM module(the same way how u rub anything written on a paper with a pencil) wich u insert into the RAM slot and try again also do check if all ur fans r working porperly.

For ideal cooling, there shud be a fan at the front of ur cabinet(to suck in fresh air) and another fan at the rear of the cabinet (to throw out warm air).
