Which 17" or 19" TFT monitors are the best ( w.r.t Performance and life) igroring the price factor.

Viewsonic
Samsung
or any other (please name them)

And can I put a iball 400W SMPS temporatily for a Cooler Master Elite 332 or 331 PC CASE, cause I wanted to buy a Power supply and Graphics card later on, not now.
One more reason is that I have 2 IDE HDD and i'll buy a SATA DVD-RW.
But will iball 400W SMPS support the Intel DG31PR mobo, intel C2D 3.0Ghz processor, Cooler Master Elite 332 or 331 PC case fan?
