According to my experiences the following r good brands among RAMs
1.)Hynix
2.)Kingston
3.)Transcend
U can buy RAM from any of these brands,I hv been using Hynix RAMs for the past 2 years and without any glitches or problems and my other PC uses RAM from Kingston(3 years old)...basically RAM modules from every top leading company is good and the prices are also competative,its only that different users have different flavours
so u can choose any RAM module after lookin into ur budget..
