For graphic card HD4850 look only for models from Palit. Others haven't solved their heating problem yet.
And choose processor according to your budget. All the three 7200, 8400, 8500 are best value at their price. Higher you buy is much better. but I personally feel 8400 has much VFM. And 1000 is not a small amount you can add this amount on ram, PSU or something else.

by the way guys whats the actual output of Corsair 450W?
