Thanks acewin , its most likely to be between XFX 630i & P5GC MX if i don't get any other mobo .

wud it cause any probs if i overclock the FSB . Coz i will be keeping the proccy for a really long time .

P.S. : Damn i wish i hadn't paid off my gf's bills.
