+1 for K790i
but the dissapointing fact is that Micro SD card is much cheaper than MS M2.
1Gb Micro SD is for some 250~300 bucks while 2GB for some 500~600 bucks. Even 4GB one is around 1.3k

but even 1Gb M2 will cost u a min of 600 and forget 4GB. It ll cost a bomb, more than twice than of Micro SD.
but maybe transfer rate is the reason, as ive read somewhere that Memory stick are faster than SD or MMC, but u wont need that speed for mobile application as still the UI and processing of a mobile is still lower compared to actual operational speed of a card.
