Re: SLEEP: how much u do?
I sleep for six hours.
Ideal sleep according to me is for 7 hours, 8 hours is too much.
Also I do not take a nap in afternoon, so I get a good sleep at night.
Some people have a habit of taking a small nap in the afternoon, they cannot sleep at night and hence feel sleepy the next morning. I suggest to avoid nap in the afternoon.
