PS: i think the problems you are facing are primarily because of drivers, get your motherboard driver cd and re-install all drivers, if ur cd does not have it, then call ur hardware vendor and tell him that u need the drivers

is your LAN card onboard or PCI. If its onboard, than see the manual of motherboard. If its PCI, than it must be printed on the hardware.
I dont see any problem with audio. Better download and installed latest sound driver.
