I found ur motherboards guide book and then i found that u should install realtek AC97 audio driver for your audio driver..this software can easliy be found on softpedia.com
I also found that there's LAN connector in ur motherboard and the driver for that is in this pic

and now question for ur modem..?? then u need to install ur modem also...
what type of modem u have i mean....Dial up type or ADSL type..??
