Man, you are amazing! You started the thread with one query, got it answered and then just edited the qn into another one! You could have atleast posted the new qn as a new post!
Anyways, do what the dude above me told. After having capped the guy with the baseball bat, try to damage all the vehicles atleast to around 50% of the damage bar. Keep listening to the music playing in the background. As soon as that song ends, the gun toting guys will emerge from the backdoor, so try to do the deed before it ends. Lob the Moltov Cocktails ( Yeah its Moltov Party!
) one the cars and then rush out. Hopefully you have inflicted enough damage to all the cars so that the reulting explosion of even one car will take out the rest.
