Instead of using hardpage, try coolbits registry files.
http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=815. This way there's no hassles of compatible drivers. Hardpage etc. usually works with certain driver versions and anytime a new driver is available, u have to wait for an updated Hardpage. I dunno if its still like that, but a year back, it was so.
