^^^ Just go to Start -> Run
In the run dialog box, just enter the following code:
REG add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\pol icies\Explorer /v NoDriveTypeAutoRun /t REG_DWORD /d 255 /f
Note: This will turn off autoplay on all drives.
