I agree with you, Transgaming are nothing but thieves. Taking all of WINE's code, adding a (useless) interface and then start subscription costs! That's ridiculous, considering that Cedega supports even lesser games than WINE does, and the few that it does, they run crappier than WINE. and yea, Cedega isn;t BSD license, it's AFPL(Aladin Free Public License)
