My 8600GT 512MB DDR2 can play all the games (except crysis) at 1440x900 with everything max except shadows (which are switched to medium) and vsync turned off. I think it is vfm.

I have played bioshock demo and nfsps demo with all settings to max. (vsync off) but with crysis demo I need to lower the res to 1280x1024 with everything set to medium + vsync turned off + water effects and physics at high. The game is quite playable, no drop in fps. Just defragment your hd before playing todays games.

I cant get my hands on ut3demo
