You said that you have Intel Pres
HOT So you are bound to get high CPU temp.
Normal temp for these CPUs is 60C and more.
If u think ur CPU is getting heated more than normal, you can add more FANs to your system.
Also Mothorboard temp is not the actual temp of mobo but it is the temp near the sensor on the mobo. If that place is getting heated up due to lack of air flow, it may also get heated.
Basic solution : Add more FANs, may be try to run the system with cabinet panes removed.
Advanced Solution : Try cooling solutions from well known brands.
I assume that higher temps are of CPU and lower are of board.
