hey fatez... u do one thing
after adding .T9 and LNG file using FAR Manager
delete the lng.lst and lng.dat files that are also in the tpa/preset/system/language directory
the restart phone and do Master Reset !!
this should work !!
after master reset those files will be created again with updated list and settings by the phone
