Strange problem :s
never faced such issue in these 2 yrs of my usage
uninstall driver completly
run ccleaner
and reboot
install again(without inserting dongle)
reboot
now insert dongle
and update driver manualy
reboot
don let the services start before reboot
(check ur pm)
