1. its safe but beware of many crooked sellers ..also w/o bill there is no warranty on it so u cant replace headphones, charger claim anything.....

2. best cell in my opinion is nokia symbian series 60...........do a search in this forum and see..b/w nokia 5700 is best as ppl say

3. not as such..ask from 4-5 shops ..then compare and take ur pick
