what's the swedish language code first of all ??
make it small only..
and remove one of the lines
may be remove this

extract that europe 4 FS and see if it has sv.lng in it..
this worked for me atleast.. i hv all languages to select in my phone in settings......
if things work out.. then let me know
if not.. give me some time... u also try to think how to do so.
